On July 2, two of your service people installed a new water heater at my house. Their work was satisfactory in every respect - prompt, efficient, courteous and professional.

As they were getting ready to leave, one of them heard a slow drip in the basement. Upon further investigation, a leak in the kitchen garbage disposal was identified. Rather than walking away and leaving it to be dealt with later, they tracked down a replacement disposal and made sure it was installed correctly.

I am so appreciative of this "above and beyond" level of service and wish I had their names to say "Thank you"!

Nice job Ken!! Ken went above and beyond at the service call today. He took time to help clear my hunting counter so he had a space to work, and he walked thru directions for how to insert a filter the correct way. All the Advanced Mechanical crews have been exceptional when working with me and I just wanted you all to know!

Thanks to Eric we now have a working air conditioner!  After 21 years in the house and many service attempts by others, Eric was the first to replace the zone damper and solve the issue we have had over the last 21 years.  Wish we wouldn’t have had to spend so much time and money in the past with nobody figuring it out sooner! Drake did a fabulous job! He was incredibly thorough and spent the extra time needed to make sure everything was operational. I am so appreciative of Rhett and your team for getting us set up with a new boiler unit as quickly as possible. After a stressful event of carbonmonoxide with the kids home and calling around to several local businesses for help and getting told it would be mid January at the soonest by several other companies, I was beginning to feel hopeless it would get replaced/fixed so we could return and be at home comfortably with our family.

Wanted to call to say thank you, Derek for the job well done!  He worked really hard at the end of a long, hot day to get our AC unit running.  He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained everything well.  I was very happy with my service and thankful for his time.  And thank you to the front desk staff for being so friendly!

Ken came over to look at my AC about a week ago. My wife had scheduled a different company to come a few days before Ken came. First company showed up in a messy truck, employee was disheveled, sloppy and didn't take his shoes off. Wanted to charge me 2150 when he called 3 days later to follow up. When Ken showed up, he politely listened to me explain what the others diagnose was as we walked to the back door. Ken took off his shoes right away, walked to my furnace room and asked to do this and do that. All the while maintaining a very professional and friendly sense about him. After a few test he looked at me and said "Do you like to spend money?" I said no. He then proceeded to tell me a few simple fixes he was going to do, replaced a motor which he had in his van and my system was working perfectly. Just wanted to say thank you for having such a great employee on staff. I just moved in to my house and as long as I'm here I don't just want to work with Advanced Mechanical, I'm also going to request that Ken comes out for service.

We very much appreciate the response to our AC situation. This experience felt like family and friends coming to the rescue. Roy and his partner were spectacular in workmanship. Roy’s interactions with us was very much appreciated!  He explained everything very well and went the extra mile in a walk through. Ken followed up twice and both contacts were appreciated. Jami is very pleasant to talk to and her speedy response was appreciated. Overall the response by you and your team far exceeded expectations.  We are truly blessed to have a company such as yours here in Bismarck!!

Just wanted to say I appreciate Advance Mechanical's service techs working today in this crazy snow storm! I really appreciated Derek attempting to troubleshoot over the phone and Eric for coming out and replacing my pressure switch so that I was able to keep heat in my home. Super grateful you guys were open today!

Roman called ahead of time like we were informed, did a thorough job and was very courteous, as well as made sure to lock up when leaving.  Thanks!

Spencer was at my house this morning to look at a shower head and water pressure.  I am so happy with the service, he went above and beyond and even found an issue I didn’t know about.  I wanted to make sure that the management at Advanced Mechanical knew how friendly and great Spencer was.

Jace came by last evening for an on-call issue.  I didn't get a call back afterwards, so I called a competitor to get the situation fixed... but the competitor did nothing to solve the issue and told me I needed a new AC unit.  However, afterwards, Jace came by and fixed up the same AC unit the competitor said was beyond repair.  I know I'll need a new AC at some point in the future, as will my 20 y/o, but I wanted to say that young Jace was just a good and honest guy, and that’s why I trust my business with Advanced Mechanical!

Ken really went above and beyond for us over the weekend. He stopped by later on Friday when our AC was down. He was back here on Sunday and again yesterday to locate and repair the leak.

I really want to give credit where credit is due. Ken’s persistence paid off.

The guys that did my install did an exceptional job!  Whoever did the original install just rushed through it, but the crew at Advanced Mechanical did it right with attention to detail.

I wanted to thank your Dispatcher for being so understanding and accommodating for scheduling, and wanted to give praise to Jace for getting us up and running yesterday. And also wanted to make sure that Jami and Brian know how pleased I've been with Advanced. You rock, Jace!

Brian Neigum and the crew finished up with the plumbing rough-in yesterday and we are started on tile. I just wanted to follow up to let you know that Brian did an outstanding job. He took the time to really understand our needs and I can tell he really cares about his work. Great customer service and attention to detail. He is a standout individual. Kudos to him and thanks for having him help us out!

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with your services. My garage heater project 2 months back turned into an unexpected adventure. Now this weekend my home furnace went out and my new one was just installed. I couldn't be happier with how both of these projects turned out. I will be calling you again in the spring to put a metered gas line to my garage (this goes back to the garage adventure). Thank you for prompt and great service.

I just can't say enough good things about Spencer and Advanced Mechanical.  I was extremely happy with my service call yesterday.  Spencer was very polite, knew what he was doing, and was great to work with.  I'm very happy about the price, too; I was charged less for parts and labor than a competitor quoted me just for parts.  Advanced Mechanical hires quality workers and obviously cares about their customers.  I will definitely be using Advanced Mechanical for all my services from now on.

Our technician was awesome he was so thorough he kept checking everything to make sure was working he found some other stuff that needed some help and he informed us of what needed to be done so we could fix that and just super grateful for having that particular technician come and help

Well he was just a nice guy, he do what he is doing and he got it done good and fast and everything went well.
